We do not refund due to errors from a typing or entry error you may have made whilst placing your order or if you have changed your mind. Please check your order before submitting. The return postage is the customer’s responsibility however we will pay for the postage when a replacement product is requested. All labels and receipts must be attached and we ask that you take care to protect the item when posting. Please return all goods via Australia Post registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
